We are now offering the PushPilot with "flats" on the drill bits. This will allow for a much tighter bind between the set screw and the drill bit. We have had a few complaints over the years about the set screws coming loose a little too easily, so this is our fix for that. Leave a comment and let us know how we did!

Did you just purchase a PushPilot? It's always good practice to check the set screw to make sure it's tight after receiving the tool. We have heard of them (in rare cases) getting a little loose in shipping. If you haven't gotten yours yet get one today at pushpilot.net!

No need to PUSH on the PushPilot!

The PushPilot has a ball-detent feature that allows the tool to engage the drill bit into the wood with no pushing required. If you push on the tool to start drilling you may cause it to "walk" on you. Simply line the pilot bit up where it goes and let the tool work naturally. www.pushpilot.net

This is how the PushPilot tool pushes the coupon out of the holesaw. One of the advantages of the PushPilot is that the drill bit only goes into the wood 3/8” of an inch! This helps the saw cut the hole faster as well as not having to worry about hitting a nail and trashing a bit and an arbor! www.pushpilot.net!
