Congratulations to Brad Dubose for being our September Employee Spotlight! Brad is recognized for his leadership, dedication, and commitment to supporting the National Center for Critical Information and Processing (NCCIPS) project at Stennis Space Center. As Lead Site Manager, he plays an important role in site access and security, while also monitoring critical cooling systems that support Data Center operations.

🔸 What is your role, and which contract are you on through Aetos? – Lead Site Manager supporting the NCCIPS project.
🔸 How long have you been with Aetos? – Seven years.
🔸 What is your favorite part of your role? – I enjoy being able to watch fellow team members grow in their roles and excel.
🔸 What’s been your favorite project or accomplishment in your current role? – Seeing two employees promoted to management positions.
🔸 What do you like to do when you're not working? – Relax with family and golf.
🔸 What is the most unique place you have ever traveled to? – San Juan, Puerto Rico.
🔸 What is the best career advice you have been given or that you can give? – “Adversity is God’s tool for promoting growth. Embrace it and know it is a blessing waiting in the future.”
Brad’s leadership extends beyond his work at Stennis Space Center. He has also served his community through the East St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board, East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, and as past President of the Pi Pi Lambda chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
