Rogers Group recently completed a 4.5-mile resurfacing project on Highway 79 in Jackson County, from the Highway 35 intersection toward Skyline and through the mountain.

From milling and paving to scoring, striping, inspection, and final acceptance, the entire project was completed in just six weeks.

A special thank you to Eric Wills and the milling crew, Matthew Jackson and the paving crew, as well as our trucking and traffic control teams for their hard work and coordination throughout the project.

Great work by everyone involved in delivering a smoother, safer roadway for the traveling public! 👏🚧

Rogers Group, Inc. was proud to support the recent Morgan County FFA Banquet as an event sponsor, helping cover the cost of the meal for attendees. Plant Manager, Rusty Harris is pictured with students.

The banquet brought together students, teachers, families, and supporters from Brewer, Cotaco, Eva, and Union Hill schools to celebrate the accomplishments and hard work of local FFA members throughout the year.

Road improvement season is in full swing in Lauderdale County! 🚧👏

Our paving crews have been hard at work resurfacing multiple county roads across the area, including the completion of CR-10 last week. We’re proud of the dedication and craftsmanship our team continues to bring to every project as we help keep local roads safe and smooth for the community.

Our crews will continue paving throughout Lauderdale County all summer long!

Rogers Group had a great time grilling out today for the Tanner Elementary School Field Day! With more than 300 students in attendance, plus parents and staff, it was an incredible turnout.

The Tanner staff put together an amazing event for the kids, and we’re proud to support our Partners in Education and the Tanner School system. Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a fun day for the community! ☀️🎉

We’re proud to once again partner with the Colbert Heights FFA and instructor Mr. Joel Ball on another hands-on welding project! Rogers Group, Inc. provided the materials for students to fabricate ten stockpile signposts that will be used across our quarry and asphalt plant operations.

This year, students were challenged to improve the original design and they delivered by adding extra reinforcement in areas that may weaken over time with use. Projects like these give students valuable real-world experience while helping support our operations at the same time.

A big thank you to the Colbert Heights FFA students, Mr. Ball, Josh Pate (QC Supervisor), and Michael Wilkes (SDV QC Manager) for their work and collaboration. We appreciate our local FFA chapters and are already looking forward to future projects together next school year!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at Touch-A-Truck at the Florence Mall this weekend! 🚜👷

Members of our Tuscumbia team had a great time connecting with families and supporting the local community alongside the Junior League of The Shoals. Guests enjoyed RGI swag and informational coloring books that helped teach children about mining and our industry in a fun, hands-on way.
A special thank you to Vinnie Wilson and Brandon White for organizing, setting up, and working the booth, as well as Misty Wilson for volunteering her time to help make the event a success!

Today, our team had the opportunity to grill out for the staff at Tanner Elementary School and Tanner High School in celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week! 🍔
We served up a hamburger bar with all the toppings, sides, and cookies as a small way to say thank you to the educators who make a difference every day. We’re proud to support our Partners in Education and show appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our local teachers and school staff. 👏📚
