After 8 transformative years at Bruderer Huntsville, Zachary has left our team to build a family business (a goal of his for many years).
He entered as our first FAME student and left as an accomplished electrician and service technician.
He mentored several of the next students in the challenging co-op program, strengthening their confidence in newfound skills and responsibilities.
Although we will miss him, we wish him all the best in this new and exciting phase of his career!

This 125-ton Bruderer press celebrated its 21st birthday with a full makeover! 🎉

While navigating a very busy holiday season, our team dedicated about 2 weeks of meticulous, difficult work so that this press could join the production floor again.

Pictured are Mike Avra and Nathan Cagle, just two of our resident technicians who gave this high-speed press a new life. 👏

This cohort's first safety projects, especially in the workplace, were so impactful and well-done.
Daily encounters with slippery and cluttered floors, heavy gates, unsafe ladders, pinching machinery, and unclear respirator guidelines were put to an end with the creative and proactive attention of these students.
Putting safety first keeps us healthy and confident at work while remaining efficient and compliant with the law. Do the right thing!

Our FAME student, Chalie, pledged to put safety first with his cohort at Drake State Community & Technical College.
Veteran technician Mike ONeal, who has been training Chalie in mechanical assembly, attended the ceremony..

We've been working to improve our safety programs recently and are glad to include Chalie in this initiative; his commitment as a new industrial maintenance worker reminds us all of our responsibility to each other to work as safely as possible!

To celebrate , we had the honor of hosting students from Huntsville City Schools along with their CTE teachers and career counselors!

Our small team of electricians, machinists, mechanics, painters, and engineers led students through their respective work stations to explain how they got here and how they contribute to refurbishing Bruderer high-speed stamping presses.
