We have been helping Ray Mcgaha complete his Chevy II project off and on over the past year or so. This was the last phase. It came in to install the cooling, fuel, and electrical system. We knew we were going to have some challenges . The lists quickly kept growing as we went over this car from bumper to bumper dealing with small and large tasks, making sure nothing was missed. We had many long days and occasionally some help from friends. Ray was able to take his first ride, driving his car home from our shop. It was a bit emotional In many ways. It's so rewarding to see him so happy. I'm glad we were a part of it. And for everyone that has lended a hand, we thank you as well.

Got this cage project done a little while back on this little model A. It's just about done and is turning out really cool. Gonna be a wild little ride for sure.

Just want to give a shout out to PrimeWeld for making a quality affordable machine. I have been using their products for maybe 7 years now. Gene and Mike are always super helpful. Always fast to resolve any concerns, and delivery is always super fast. The welding carts from ZTFab are incredible too. Everything is clean and fits as it should and makes a super nice product. Then when you have Custom Performance Coating handle the final finishing touches, you end up with a fantastic looking total package.

This is a boat belonging to a long-time friend of ours. Seems that many people scratch their heads at the fact that there is a roll bar in it now. This past weekend's race in Clearwater, Florida was a perfect example of why he wanted to do it, and we wanted to help. This isn't the first time boats have been on top of others. The thought behind this bar is more for deflection. The suspension seats will also compress another 5 in or so which further helps.

Heat race we started 4th and finished 1st 🥇
For the feature after the redraw we started 5th
We finished 3rd as the winner didn’t pass tech.

Nice to see all the hard work this passed week had a positive outcome and results to show we are going in the right direction.

This was a nice surprise. This truck rolled up to the shop a few months back. It really takes me back to where I started. I did this truck about 23 years ago. Did the suspension work including air ride, wheels, roll pan, and frenched front and rear tags. It looks exactly as he picked it up all those years ago. So crazy, but awesome to see her again.

It's nice when the weather breaks. Had a few visitors stop through on this beautiful day, including my man Donnie with his full custom Chevy AD. This girl hasn't been out in a few years. Great to see it out and about.

Our customer/friend Jimmy drove his car to the shop yesterday. It's nice to see these projects coming together. Since we pretty much do structural stuff, we often only see the beginning stages of a build. This is his first big undertaking and he's done a great job. We put a chromoly roll cage and rear firewall in the car for him last year. And with some guidance , he has pretty much dealt with everything else on his own, including taking on his first paint job. He's done his homework, and learned a lot along the way. Now that the car is pretty much put together and all the weight in it. We will do a little fine tuning to bring the back of the car to the ride height we are looking for. Great job Jimmy Herberson

Been getting some tasks knocked out on this one. Did the brake system with stainless brake lines a while back. It returned this week to do transmission crossmember, front and rear driveshaft loops and transmission/ driveshaft tunnel with removable front cover. As a bonus, we got headers on it and got a column and steering in it. After a short break, it will return to have the old tired 9" replaced with a fab housing, along with reworking all the shock mounting to get the ride height down further.
