Mr. Blankenship,
I want to thank you again for the foundation repair you did on my Mother’s home in Catlettsburg.
The crew that worked on her home were very professional. These men were gentle with my mother and very respectful of her. They would not enter the house until they told my mother they would be in there. She never heard any swearing nor did she smell any cigarette smoke in the house. If she needed anything in the area in which they worked, they were more than happy to help her. It was a relief to me knowing that the crew working on my mothers house were men of high character.
I want to applaud your professionalism as well. You gave morning updates to my mother in person as to what they were going to be working on that day and what areas were completed. You were also just as gentle and professional as your crew. Once the work was completed, your crew left the house and yard better than you found it. The house itself looks fantastic and you cannot really tell that there was that much damage.
This was a very expensive repair, but this corrected a very serious issue. Now my mother can sell her house for the market rate instead of the “As-Is” rate. A potential buyer can get a mortgage on the house now that it has been repaired and we have the structural engineers report and the 30 year warranty on the helical piers.
I cannot say enough about you and the crew at Alternative Building Concepts. You are true professionals with the utmost character.
