New Product Release from Statco-DSI at PACK EXPO in Chicago October 23-26th. We will be introducing our newest patent pending technology for deoxygenation in beverage inline blending. Stop by booth N-5630 at McCormick Place to see NitroSparger in person, we are located in the ProMach metroplex in the north hall. This nitrogen-based DO system is an add-on feature for new and existing BlenZer continuous inline blending systems from Statco-DSI. Engineered for maximum gas usage efficiency can lower gas costs 80-90% over CO2 based systems. The addition of this feature creates the first continuous inline blender to actively control DO level.

Here's another one from the in our Statco-DSI St Louis shop, this was nicknamed the "Articulator", each of those arms are counterbalanced for ease of movement; this is custom designed for drum and tote unloading.

Our Ridgefield, WA location recently relocated a few miles up Interstate 5 to Woodland, it is so fresh the paint is still drying and in need of signage. As our ESL/Aseptic technology has gained a strong foothold in North America, our need for more space came with it. Woodland is an engineering hub and our ESL/Aseptic Technology Center, and is where all shop fabricated Therma-Stat ESL/Aseptic systems are built, allowing the utmost in quality control, efficiency, and consistency. Despite recently moving in to the offices, this is the 3rd system fabricated in this state of the art shop. ProMachBuilt
