This is architectural feature we made recently.
It is constructed from 1" sq stainless steel tubing approximately 400 parts tig welded together. We made it in 14 sections so it could be transported and assembled at the job site.

A new Starbucks is going up about a mile from our house. We had to stop and check out the drive through. We make about half of the parts in this assembly. Structural steel weldments to the .06 &.09 thick aluminum paneling . There is a little bit of everything in this including laser cut 3/8"& 1/2" grade 50 steel plate.
This truck load of channel is about 200 sets worth . South Bay Fabrication has made approximately 1200 of these assemblies.

We recently modified this stair climbing hand truck for a walk in customer. He is a video audio technician that tapes depositions. We added power supply mtg. Audio mixer shelf microphone storage and a pull out shelf for his keyboard and cable storage.
Not only do we make production runs for our large customers we like to service the local community making one off items.
