AESCO is a rapidly growing engineering firm in southern California and we are currently seeking an experienced Front Office Administrator for our Huntington Beach office. This position is the first point of contact with all clients and therefore a vital role within the organization. The selected candidate will be a motivated, career focused team player with a desire to work in a growing small to medium sized company.
Responsibilities Include
+ Greeting clients and visitors
+ Answering and directing incoming multi-line telephone calls
+ Typing general correspondence and distribution of mail
+ Ordering, inventory and distribution of supplies
+ Document control
Required Skills
+ Computer skills, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PDF pro, etc
+ Great written and verbal communication skills
+ Self-confident, high energy professional demeanor
+ Responsible self-starter
+ Good organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Must have strong follow-up skills
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgement
+ Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers, clients and potential clients
Required Experience
+ Minimum associates degree, college degree preferred
+ 1-2 years of administrative experience
+ Prior experience with scheduling preferred
