George is back again, de-nailing some fresh timbers. After the supplier does the initial surface de-nailing, we carefully remove all nails and metal from the boards and timbers before we send them over to the kiln to be dried.

No home on Balsam Lake feels finished without wood that carries a story. We were grateful to be part of this stunning lake build, where Antique Skim Oak paneling wraps the ceilings and walls, Weathered Antique box beams anchor every room, and a White Oak mantel crowns the fireplace.
