The blocks on this gage were cut using our new Hermle 5-axis CNC. There was no tuning needed on the gage, everything came out within 70% of our build tolerance. All of the holes were on compound angles and the machine nailed every single one of them. Very thankful for the accuracy of our new machine!

Efficient, accurate programming is an essential part of our process.

We want to thank James Malkowski, Application Engineer, Michale J. Stevens, Joanne Walters, and the team at Axsys Inc. for helping us get Mastercam with CIMCO A/S Verify running our new Hermle C250 5-axis CNC Machine.

Using these two software’s together allows us to make the best high-speed toolpaths while keeping our programing time low, and ensures the programs are safe to utilize the speed of the Hermle C250.

All this helps us produce the best and highest quality parts for our customers.

We’re excited to share that we’ve added the Hermle USA C250 5-axis CNC Machine to our shop! This machine is a top-of-the-line, game-changer for high-tolerance machining. It’s capable of cutting aerospace parts with extreme accuracy, speed, and efficiency. Hermle machines are known for their quality and longevity. It will serve us and our customers well for years to come.
