Ceme Tube just shipped a load of our Gray Ceme Tube Light Pole bases to a Tesla dealership in Gig Harbor Wa. I was told that if Tesla likes the look of the Ceme Tube, they will use them on every dealership moving forward.

Our Story
Introducing the new HDPE Plastic CEME-TUBE An innovative new product to replace the old fashioned cardboard forming tube. The Standard Ceme-Tube, Bollard Ceme-Tube and Light Pole Ceme-Tube. The Standard Ceme-Tube is available in 8”, 10”, 12”, 18”, 24”, and 30” diameters, all 4’ in length. The unique collar on one end allows them stack together if a taller than 4’ pier is needed. The Ceme-Tube is impervious to moisture, jobsite abuse, shipping abuse, and its design eliminates friction frost heaving in colder climates. Perhaps the best attribute is, the Ceme-Tube can be installed, completely backfilled, and then filled with concrete at any future date The Ceme-Tube can withstand a full 20’ liquid head of concrete. (12’ tall for the 30” model.) The finished pier will be round, smooth and the same diameter for the entire length.. An optional top cap is available for all sizes to keep dirt, rain, children, etc. out of the hole before pouring. The Bollard Ceme-Tube is our 8” diameter Ceme-Tube molded throughout in a bright, night reflective yellow color. Simply fill the Bollard Ceme-Tube with rebar reinforced concrete, install the dome cap and the installation is complete. The strength achieved is equal to, or exceeds a steel pipe bollard. A standard black Ceme-Tube must be used below the bollard Ceme-Tube for strength and frost resistance. The finished product is maintenance free and very aesthetically pleasing. Perhaps the best feature of the Bollard Ceme-Tube: It is 1/3 the purchase price of a steel pipe. And it will never need painting! The Light Pole Ceme-Tube is available in 18”, 24” and 30” models. This Ceme-Tube is molded throughout in a Safety yellow, Architectural Bronze, or Concrete Gray color. (NOTE: 18” and 30” available in Safety Yellow only.) The dome cap on top is molded onto the tube to give the top perimeter a smooth, rounded appearance. There is a 17” hole on top to facilitate pouring, finishing and light pole installation. (15" hole on the 18" model.) Upon filling with concrete, the installation is complete, eliminating the need for stripping, rubbing out, painting or any maintenance. The finished product is smooth, aesthetically pleasing, and will not have visible form lines or air pockets in the concrete as with cardboard forming tubes. The installation cost to install the Light Pole Ceme-Tube is much lower than using the old fashioned cardboard tube. All Ceme-Tube products are made from partially recycled HDPE plastic, can be recycled after use, and contribute to LEED credits.
