Revamped Churchill Rink Sound System in Durham, NH. A Testimony below from one of our Customers dating back to 1995!
“The man in the middle is one Vincent Mauri. In 1995 when the Whittemore Center was built, Vin’s company audiovisual built and installed the buildings sound system. Vin’s son Zach is running the show now but Vin’s still heavily involved as I learned when he spent many many hours over multiple days donating his time and some needed equipment to bring new life to this vintage but high quality gear. When Griffin Richard (right), long time Whit Center operations manager and current owner of contacted Vin on my behalf to let him know Churchill Rink had “rescued” much of the old Whit sound equipment from a one way trip to the dumpster, Vin generously and enthusiastically jumped at the opportunity to help our little small town not for profit community rink make use of the neighboring big university’s surplus. Vin coached me via phone and text to get this amazing speaker array hung properly and safely.
He then travelled to Durham on multiple days to put all the components together so our little small town rink would have a big facility quality sound system! And let me tell you, he did an amazing job and the system sounds amazing! Thanks so much to Vin, and Grif for making this happen. It is a terrific example of what can happen when people come together to do something good! (note...a structural engineer has approved this project!). See you at the rink!”
