30 years ago, MTI recognized the need for fry cooking alternatives for kitchens who could not support a traditional vent or hood system. The goal was to create an easy to use, fully enclosed, countertop frying unit, equipped with its own fire suppression system, so that users could purchase an all-in-one deep frying system. Thus the AutoFry was born and we haven’t looked back since. AutoFry not on

ly met the above requirements, but also stood out as a set it and forget it style fryer. Operators no longer needed a separate fry cook to monitor their deep fryers, as AutoFry’s fully automatic system worked like a virtual employee, ensuring each batch of food was cooked to perfection. Fast forward to 2017 and we now have both countertop and floor units to match any size operation. Additionally, in an effort to keep deep fryer maintenance as easy as possible, we’ve produced two oil filtration systems that can assist in the filtration of fry oil. We’ve also expanded our ventless line to include the MultiChef XS & MultiChef XLT, high-speed oven. This versatile little oven can cook, brown, bake, toast, steam, sear and reheat. and cuts cooking time down by as much as 75%, all without the need for hoods or vents.
