Well it looks like the 100+ degree weather is off our backs so that’s a good thing, I know for sure that we’ve been waiting on that. I hope everyone had a good summer and a good start back to school for them kids!

This is a building we built in Hubbard. When I say it’s nice to work 4 miles from the house I mean it’s NICE. This building is a 50x80x16 with a 15’ porch wrapping around 160’ of the building. The colors are charcoal wall sheets, burnished slate wainscoting burnished slate trim and Galvalume roof. 1- 12x12 roll up and a ton of windows.

Good morning from Hubbard!

It’s nice to have one close to the house every once in awhile. This one is a 4,000 square foot main pour with 2,400 square foot of porches.
We are excited to get started on this project.

*COOLERWEATHER*

Here is a 40x80x20 we just finished up over in mexia. It has a 15’ porch on the house end of the building. 3 12’x14’ insulated sectional doors. 1 3’x7’ man door and a custom 6’x7’ all steel front door. Saddle leather brown walls, koko brown trim and polar white roof. 40’x40’ will be a shop and the other 40’x40’ will be a 2 story house. We just finished This one here up over in Abbott. It’s a 40x100x14. It has a 12x14 roll up, a 10x12 roll up and a 8x8 roll up. 3 walk through doors, 5 3x6 windows and a ventilation fan. It has a 20x40 gable extension off of one end and a 20x80 lean too off of one side. The back 20’ of the building will be a 20x40 show pig barn. Charcoal sheets, black trim and black roof. This is a 50x50 house over in purdon we built awhile back. It has a 10’x50’ front porch and 15’x50’ back porch and a 25’x25’ carport with a 5’ covered walk way. Light stone sheets with brown trim and roof.

15 years ago if someone would have asked me if I would build anything for this man I would have said not a snowballs chance in hell.🤣🤣. He was inspecting on a pipe job for Atmos in Georgetown Texas and we did NOT GET ALONG LOL. Fast forward 12 years I show up on a job in Tuscola Tx and he was the chief, and the rest is pretty much history and over the last few years we’ve became pretty good friends. Thanks Waymon Rogers!
