Our lathe department is machining some brass or***ce disks- and they are looking great.

The .051 inch hole in the center is used to restrict oil in the hydraulic circuit, allowing precise control of the equipment it is installed on.

Starting out as a 3.5" x 5.5" bar of aluminum, 1 skilled machinist used 36 different tools to shape these to perfection.
