Big M Engine, Inc Opened in 1984 in the ship channel area of Houston. We specialize in Diesel Engine Heads, Crankshafts, Cylinder blocks.

We can repair upper and lower bores on engines ranging up to QSK19, Caterpillar 3412. We can grind and polish Crankshafts as well.

We've started building for stock! Contact us to see what we have. Right now we have C15/C18 rebuilt Heads and Rods. Also have 3500 Cylinder heads in stock ready to ship! All of our rebuilt heads have new valves, guides, springs, keepers, seals, rotors, and tubes if applicable. We pressure test and surface EVERY head. All rods are spec'd out and all Bushings are replaced. Beware of other shops "rebuilt" heads. Ask them what parts they reuse!!!!!!!

We have 8 ea 3512A model engine cores (67Z Serial number), 6 ea 3508B Model cores (2HW Serial Number), 1 ea 3508A model (70Z Serial Number), 2 D399 (36Z Seriel Number) and 1 D398 with 800KATO(66B Serial Number) .The 3512A, 6 have gen ends (1050KATO).

Also have 1 ea Truck 12.7L Detroit core.....06R0528431 SN
