Before starting construction, the Allen Co. warehouse in Louisville, CO had three main asks.

1️⃣ Ample floor space was critical.
2️⃣ The warehouse needed to incorporate long spans in between support columns.
3️⃣ The warehouse needed to meet specific customer requirements.

This may have been no easy feat for some, but for D&S Steel Buildings and Metallic, this project was a challenge we were eager to meet.

This impressive 154,625 sq.ft facility brings together production, warehouse and sales teams that were once scattered across town. Everything from hunting and fishing gear to camping and outdoor living accessories is now under one roof, allowing the business to streamline operations with more efficiency than ever before.
