We are seeking a highly proficient and dedicated Civil Designer to be an integral part of our dynamic team. This is a pure design role focused on technical ex*****on.

Responsibilities:
•Prepare civil engineering drawings and plans for grading, drainage, water, sanitary, stormwater, roadway, pavement, and utility projects.
• Deliver residential and commercial site and land development designs.
• Design water, sanitary, and storm utility networks, including pipes, manholes, inverts, and slopes.
• Perform stormwater management analysis and design for detention/retention ponds, underground systems, and storm sewer networks.
• Utilize hydrologic modeling tools to analyze runoff and develop effective flood mitigation and peak flow control solutions.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience strictly within a design office environment working for a civil engineering consulting firm.
• This role requires pure, hands-on design expertise. Years of experience must be centered on design production (not Project Management, estimating, or site inspection).
• Proven track record in residential and/or commercial site and land development, following industry and regulatory drafting standards.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities to meet tight project deadlines, a strong work ethic, and high professional standards.

WE ARE HIRING!
CIVIL 3D DRAFTER (REMOTE)

• Proficiency in Civil 3D software (NOT AutoCAD).
• Demonstrated expertise in Xrefs, viewports, volume calculation, map preparation, processing field survey data and topographic plats.
• Experience creating complete site utility plans in Civil 3D, including sanitary, storm and water networks with pipes, manholes, inverts, slopes, cover depths, and labels.
• Ability to produce plan/profile sheets from Civil 3D pipe networks, with correct structure names, pipe sizes, elevations, stationing, and annotation styles.
• Skilled in surface management: reference surfaces, FG/EG comparisons, grading, and spot elevations/TC/TG annotation, ensuring accurate paving, driveways and proposed FFE.
• Familiarity with residential and commercial drafting standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
