🌟 Employee Spotlight: Richard Padilla 🌟
This year, Richard Padilla celebrates 35 years with Jetstream—a milestone that reflects not only his dedication to the company, but also the lasting impact he has had on our customers, team members, and products along the way.
Over the years, Richard has worn many hats, including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, International Sales, Regional Sales Manager, and Sales Manager. He's been involved in everything from customer focus groups and product development to helping establish Jetstream’s internship program. He even helped develop the original design concept for the J-Force™ family of nozzles.
Richard has seen Jetstream grow from building 250 HP machines operating at 10,000 PSI to today’s 700 HP units and 40,000 PSI technology. Through it all, he has remained focused on listening to customers, driving innovation, and helping others succeed.
One of the things Richard values most is the relationships he's built over the years. Many of the customers he started working with decades ago are still customers today, and in some cases, he's now working with the next generation. He has also mentored countless team members throughout his career, leaving a lasting impact both inside and outside of Jetstream.
