We are excited to welcome James “Jim” Texter to Bellows Systems, Inc. as our Director of Engineering.

As BSI continues to expand its footprint in the aerospace, defense, and oil and gas industries, we are prioritizing leadership that combines technical precision with a culture of mentorship.

Jim brings nineteen years of deep-domain expertise in bellows and expansion joint manufacturing. In this new role, he will lead the product and manufacturing engineering team in developing and launching new products,

He has deep experience in hydroforming, welding, metal forming, and quality systems, and will be instrumental in driving our product development and engineering strategy. We are thrilled to have his leadership as we focus on new product launches and the continued development of our engineering talent.

Jim is a Pittsburgh native and has relocated from Detroit to our headquarters in Houston.
