We hope everyone in the great States of Texas and Louisiana are safe & dry from Hurricane Harvey. What a week!!! The devastation that our immediate and surrounding areas have sustained has been staggering.

U. S. Metals Houston has not sustained any damage and are very thankful that we came out of this storm unscathed. Our Houston warehouse operation is opened for business and looking forward to doing what we do best, shipping Specialty Pipe, Valves and Fittings. Doing what we can to keep our energy industry running strong.

The capability to reduce lead times of all projects to improve the flow of projects in ex*****on begins in procurement with the ability to select the correct vendor for the material being procured. It is imperative to the success of a project to select a vendor that specializes and inventories the product which is being purchased.

As I always like to say "Know Your Vendor". Purchase Specialty PVF items from a specialty distributor such as U. S. Metals. Projects are delayed by vendors who take orders from EPC's on products that they neither inventory or specialize in.
