Jury duty was not in fact how I planned to spend my day.

While I would much rather be somewhere else, it’s part of our civic responsibility, and so I’m grateful to live in a country that we have the opportunity to serve.

One thing that I refuse to do though is waste time.

If I’m going to spend the day sitting here waiting on my number to be
called, I’m you going to be learning refining, planning, and moving forward.

Progress doesn’t always happen in the boardroom, sometimes it happens in a courthouse waiting room.

Wherever you find yourself today, make the most of it.
