The following is a more detailed listing of our services:
1. CAD Services: It all starts with a plan! We support projects beginning with an Architect's or Building Designer's plan and elevation concepts. If needed we can turn a simple floor plan into a life-like 3D building or home model for the cost of a one day of drafting. We can take a more developed Architectural design and create a supporting 3D Integrated Design for structural development, sun/energy studies, and material estimates. We are experts in AutoCAD, Google 3D SketchUp, and Revit Structure; MEP; Architecture, which we use to develop engineer stamped permit plans with all construction details.
2. Structural engineering: concrete foundations, crawl space foundations, and framing design in support of architect and design-build firms.
3. Civil engineering: site design, drainage design, storm water mitigation, Low Impact Design, survey management.
4. Energy design consulting: solar array structural design, sun/kW output studies, small wind design, load analysis.
5. Inspections: forensic structural and civil inspections with engineer stamped reports.
6. Owners Consultant: For large projects, we can support owners and developers with front end feasibility developed, and with technical representation for meetings with project teams of architects, designer, and larger engineering firms. This can include code consulting for energy, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire codes.

I think I've figured out this election stuff. In prior elections, there were claims that bots on Facebook influenced the outcome. In my opinion, this last election was influenced by Elon’s AI team.

If you’ve worked across several careers, you’ve likely encountered a range of bosses—great, good, bad, and even horrible—demonstrating varying levels of skill, from advanced to inept. Similarly, you’ve experienced a number of presidents, also ranging from highly skilled to lacking. This kind of experience helps you make informed and reasonable voting choices.

However, in this last election, I suspect that many young male voters, who were too young or not paying attention during Trump’s first four years, lacked any firsthand experience with him—or with presidential performance in general. For this election, it seems like Elon and his AI team sorted, analyzed, and strategically pushed all the right buttons to influence a significant number of these young male voters.

By the next presidential election, both parties will likely have their own competent AI teams, and things might return to a kind of 'normal.' We just need to make it through until then.
