Meet Wyatt Guntle, a Service Technician at Worldwide Power Products who has served six years in the Texas Army National Guard.
In the Guard, Wyatt is a 91B Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic with Golf Company, 536th Forward Support Company, 36th Infantry Division. His unit keeps wheeled vehicles running so the infantry is equipped and ready for whatever mission comes next.
That background carries straight into his work at WPP:
"My experience with diesel equipment has definitely helped me in the service industry. Cross-training on generators has allowed me to help get equipment that's been down for months back up and running."
People don't always realize how often Guard members are called up. For Wyatt, that's meant month-long training rotations, nine-month deployments, the Texas border mission, and responding to floods and other emergencies across the state, on top of his civilian career. We're proud to have his back when duty calls.
