Environmental Site Condition Assessment (ESA) that identifies a property’s environmental risks using historical research and field investigation activities; Phase II services that includes the necessary sampling and analysis to identify and characterize the property’s specific hazardous conditions identified during a Phase I ESA; and Phase III services to provide remedial action planning, implementation, and supervision to reach final closure of a project that has gone through Phase I and Phase II activities.
