The existing open-ditch roadway needed to be widened and converted to a curb-and-gutter section without acquiring additional right-of-way. Working closely with the project designer, Rinker Materials provided Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts (RCBs) in multiple sizes, from 3' ร 2' to 9' ร 4', to meet the project's unique requirements. With utility conflicts affecting the original design approach, the project team collaborated to identify a reliable solution that could work within the available space.
