With more than 18 years of experience, Josh has designed and managed infrastructure projects ranging from $10,000 assignments to complex multi-million-dollar programs. He has successfully led teams of designers, EITs, and subcontractors — consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. His management experience spans not only design, but also construction administration and project oversight, ensuring continuity and accountability every step of the way.

Utility work takes patience, coordination, and a clear head when projects get complicated. That’s exactly what Trevor Moore brings to Gradient as Senior Project Manager of our Utility group.

For the past 10 years, Trevor worked across TxDOT highway corridors, private telecom projects and Harris County coordination efforts — building strong working relationships with agencies, consultants, and utility owners throughout Houston. He understands that utility coordination isn’t just about plans and schedules — it’s about trust, follow-through and knowing how to have the right conversations at the right time.

At Gradient, Trevor will help strengthen our Utility coordination group and deepen the relationships that matter across the region.
