Our ESOP celebration brought employee-owners together to recognize achievements, connect with coworkers, and take that team spirit onto the pickleball court.

From celebrating our Value Award winners to cheering each other on during the tournament, the day gave us plenty of reasons to be proud of this team.

That’s one of the lesser-known benefits of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

That's a wrap on our 2026 Internship Program!

Over the past several weeks, interns from across our family of companies, Hydraquip, GCC, and Supreme Integrated Technology, have gained hands-on experience, learned from leaders across the organization, toured our facilities, collaborated on projects, and built meaningful professional relationships.

The program concluded with intern presentations highlighting what they learned throughout the summer, showcasing the growth, creativity, and hard work each participant brought to the experience.

A huge thank you to every mentor, manager, and employee owner who invested their time in developing our interns. Your guidance helped create an experience that will have a lasting impact.

We are proud to announce the promotion of Eric Martin to Chief Executive Officer, in addition to his role as President of EOH.

Since being named President in 2024, Eric has helped lead EOH through a period of exceptional growth, expanded capabilities, and continued investment in our employee-owned culture.

Eric’s journey with the EOH family began nearly two decades ago as an intern at Hydraquip while attending Texas A&M University. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to our customers, our employee-owners, and the long-term success of our organization.

As CEO and President, Eric will continue leading EOH’s long-term strategic vision with a focus on sustainable growth, innovation, operational excellence, and strengthening the employee-owned culture that defines our organization.
