This dual 250-gallon offset smoker build was one for the books! 🔥

Our customer brought in his trailer with a vision, and we made it happen exactly the way he wanted. The result? Two absolute beasts mounted and ready to roll. Featuring insulated fireboxes and propane assist systems, these smokers are built for efficiency, performance, and serious cooking power.

Custom fabrication is all about turning ideas into reality, and this project came out amazing. We appreciate the opportunity to bring this customer's vision to life!

Welding up the firebox for this 80-gallon smoker build. 🔥💨

This one is getting our fully insulated firebox design—just like every smoker we build. Insulation helps with heat retention, fuel efficiency, and maintaining consistent cooking temperatures from start to finish.

This 120-gallon offset smoker is almost finished! 🔥

All that's left is the thermometers and paint, and that's a wrap. This pit turned out amazing, with cooking space from side to side, plus side cooking grates and a center grate to maximize your capacity.

Another custom Santa Maria Grill is heading to its new owner! 🔥

This beautiful grill is making its way to Chicago, Illinois, to Mr. Dave Taveras. It was an absolute pleasure building this one, and we're proud of how it turned out.

This 120-gallon offset smoker is really starting to come together. 🔥

Today we're mounting it to its base, and after a few minor details, the fabrication phase will be complete. From raw steel to a custom-built pit, every step is done with precision and pride.
