Introducing the Fluid Systems Series 3642-RPU Hi-E™ Stacked screening machine, our latest advancement in high G-force, high processing rate, linear motion equipment.
Conventional screens operate with vi****ory motors running at a constant G-force output. When the slurry is fed to the shaker, the G-force decreases, limiting the amount of energy required to produce an efficient separation.
Fluid Systems Hi-E™ screening technology outperforms conventional, low G-force screens, by creating higher G-forces. The energy generated on the Hi-E™ exciters is transferred to the screen panels, applying the High-Energy to the solids as they are transported across the mesh screen.
