We are pleased to officially announce the renaming of KP Engineering and our sister company, Chemex Global, to Shaw Projects & Modules.

Combining our engineering expertise with Shaw's world-class modular fabrication facility in Lake Charles, La., this integration strengthens our full suite of engineering, procurement, and fabrication (EPF) project services. This renaming follows the acquisitions of Chemex Global and KP Engineering by The Shaw Group in 2021 and 2023, respectively.
