Limiter l’infiltration du radon, prévenir les dommages causés par les inondations, atténuer les risques d’incendie et contrôler les mouvements d’air et d’humidité sont également essentiels; ensemble, ces mesures améliorent la sécurité des occupants et la durabilité.

The W-Wall load bearing and two-hour fire rated wall assembly is an excellent partition wall solution between multifamily and townhome units. It has been tested and is approved for use with Huntsman Building Solutions’ open cell spray foam insulation, provides soundproofing between units, and reduces construction and labor costs.

Huntsman Building Solutions is proud to have joined industry peers and Change the World One Set of Foam at a Time to insulate the Berean Community Fellowship Church in Columbia, Kentucky. With five spray rigs at the job site, numerous spray foam installers took turns insulating this structure. Derrick Masden, HBS’ Great Lakes Technical Service Rep, was onsite to oversee the dialing in and processing of the Icynene open cell spray foam used via Goley Insulation’s rig. Thank you to Brandon Yocum of Goley Companies for delivering the rig to the site and another thank you to Ben Monsma of Premier Insulation for applying our foam. Ben Burt, HBS Regional Sales Manager, was onsite serving BBQ on day one and sandwiches on day two to the roughly 40 people onsite contributing to this project.

The HBS team is grateful to Todd Bolton (Synergy Spray Foam), Eric Gladson (Integrity Spray Foam) and JT Meyer for helping to organize this incredible group endeavor.
