Modeled like it’s actually getting built.

There’s a difference between creating a model that looks right and creating one that actually works in the field.

Constructability matters.
Coordination matters.
Field experience matters.

That’s the standard we build around.

Safety starts long before the first hard hat hits the jobsite.

When most people think about construction safety, they think PPE, toolbox talks, and jobsite protocols.

Those things matter.

But some of the biggest safety wins happen before installation ever begins.

A coordinated model can identify conflicts, reduce rework, eliminate field surprises, and help crews spend less time working around avoidable issues.

The safest projects aren't just built safely.

They're planned safely.

As we recognize National Safety Month, we're proud to support safer construction through BIM, coordination, reality capture, and field-ready information.

Coordination doesn’t pause at 5PM.

When the job is moving, decisions need to move too.

Fast communication and real-time coordination aren’t just conveniences. They directly impact schedules, field productivity, and momentum on a project.

That’s one of the biggest advantages of working with a U.S.-based BIM & Coordination team.

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Their courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

Plans. Coordination. Problem solving. Scheduling. Managing chaos.

Honestly, motherhood might be the ultimate project management role.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms building strong families, strong careers, and strong communities.

Thank you for everything you do!

One thing this article gets right:

Virtual Construction and Virtual Fabrication are not the same thing.

And treating them like they are is where projects go sideways.

You can have a fully coordinated model…
…and still struggle in the field.

Why?

Because coordination answers:
👉 “Does it fit?”

Fabrication answers:
👉 “Can it be built?”

That second question is where experience matters.

It’s why field-driven BIM changes everything.

When the people building the model understand install, sequencing, and prefab constraints…

You don’t just reduce clashes.
You reduce confusion.

And in design-build, that’s where real value shows up.

Same time zone. Same page.

Coordination shouldn’t stall because your BIM team signed off for the night.

We work when the job is moving.

Next week’s a big one for Jacob.

He’ll be in St. Louis May 6–7 for AEC TechCon, surrounded by the latest in construction technology, BIM, and innovation.

Then he’s heading straight to Frisco for the Design-Build Institute of America Southwest Region Regional Conference to wrap up the week connecting with teams focused on design-build, delivery, and real-world ex*****on.

Two different rooms. Same goal.

Understanding where this industry is going…
and how to actually make it work in the field.

The ideas… and the ex*****on.

We’re making sure we stay close to both.

If you’re going to be at either event, let’s connect!

With the 250th anniversary of the United States approaching, we’ve been thinking a lot about history.

Imagine taking apart history…
…and needing to put it back together exactly the same.

🎥3D scan of the Alamo facade.

A few years ago, we were involved in a project where a historic stone wall had to be completely disassembled and rebuilt exactly as it was.

Not replicated. Not redesigned. Rebuilt.

Using this same type of reality capture, we mapped and numbered each individual stone, giving the team a true blueprint for reassembly.

Because when you’re dealing with something like this, there are no extra pieces and no second chances.

Every stone has a place.

And technology makes sure it goes back where it belongs!
