The winter freeze we recently suffered in Texas caused a lot of damage to pool equipment and the plumbing. As seen here there was a break in the line that cracked the housing of the valve. Poolology installed a new 3-way valve on the return side of the system and the customer was all patched up and could run their pool again.

System not reading temperature properly? It's most likely the water temperature sensor! With a quick replacement of the water temperature sensor the temperature will read accurately once again and the heater will function as normal.

This heater here is well over 10 years old, the fire box integrity was compromised, and there was water in the gas line! All these factors added up to equal a new heater replacement. After the gas line was replaced, Poolology replaced the worn out heater with a brand new Pentair Mastertemp. The customer was set up and ready to go for holiday hot tub time!

Unfortunately in the pool industry there are individuals who will talk customers into an idea that is not beneficial to their pool at all. Take this here for example, a pool "professional" told this customer he did not have enough power to the jets in his spa. He took the liberty of installing a new pump and incorrectly tied into the spa suction side. Stealing water flow from the main pump to supply the new pump which makes the whole system useless. Poolology helped this customer out and removed the useless pump and cleaned up the plumbing on his equipment pad. Sometimes it is best to get second opinions on work you want to get done!

This heater would not heat to proper temperature. The display board was on the fritz constantly jumping in temperature until the heater threw an error code. After some careful diagnostics it was determined the temperature sensor was bad. As you can see the sensor has seen better days. Once replaced the heater ran like a champ and read accurate temperatures!

One of my favorite customers contacted me to let me know his air blower finally went out. Poolology tested the blower to confirm it was dead and replaced it with a brand new blower that is much quieter and efficient. Another happy customer in the books!

Mice and rats can cause your heater problems. Regular usage of your heater can discourage rodent activity in your heater. As seen here, rodents chewed through a wire in the wiring harness. With the safety loop incomplete the heater would not fire. Poolology replaced the entire wiring harness on the heater with ease. This customers heater fired right up and ran like a champ with the new harness!

Today we removed a faulty Hayward automation system and salt cell and replaced it with a quality Pentair Easytouch 4 system with salt and screenlogic. This was a smooth install over all and the system works flawlessly! The customer was very happy with their new equipment and how user friendly the app is.

Here again we have a faulty actuator that wont change the flow for the return to the pool and spa. The filter pump motor was on it's way out as well only adding to the problem. Poolology came in a replace the bad actuator and installed a new motor end on the filter pump. With these repairs the pool runs efficiently and without flaw!
