Now Hiring - Maintenance Position
This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities. This role involves a variety of tasks as listed below. The ideal candidate will be energetic, possess a strong work ethic and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
Sweeping and Mopping Office Buildings and warehouses
Cleaning facility restrooms
Emptying office garbage cans and cleaning kitchen on daily basis
Painting projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of facilities and rental equipment.
Periodic washing of company vehicles
Pressure washing of buildings and concrete
Light yard maintenance and flowerbed upkeep
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Replacing AC Filters
Running errands for the company
Weedeating around facilities
Spraying Grass around equipment
Must be able to pick up 40 # water bottles
This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards in facility management.
Must have drivers license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Must pass a drug screen and maintain a drug free lifestyle. Must be dependable and able to work 40-45 hours each week. Hours are 7am-5pm Monday -Thursday and 7am -11am on Fridays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Magnum Mud Equipment currently has a Receptionist/Data Entry position available. 40hr scheduled work week (some overtime may pertain), business hours 7:00-5:00 Monday through Thursday, and 6:30-11:00 Friday. 3 years experience required.
Responsibilities include answering multi lines phone system, filing and data entry.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have general computer knowledge.

Pay will start around $14/hr depending on experience and increase as per the employee's capabilities.

Magnum Mud Equipment currently has a SERVICE TECHNICIAN position available. 40-45hr scheduled work week (more overtime may pertain), shop work, no rain out, business hours 6:30-5:00 Monday through Thursday, and 6:30-11:00 Friday. 3 years’ Service Technician experience required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate forklift, service equipment, install/remove slings, install decals/stencils, hydro/air test, load test equipment, pull test slings, inventory equipment/supplies, complete work orders forms and test reports, shipping/receiving, on call rotation, maintaining a valid driver’s license etc.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate forklift, sling inspections, pull test slings, stamping tags, complete work orders forms and test reports, install/remove slings, load test equipment, inventory equipment/supplies, shipping/receiving, on call rotation, etc.
