After over 36 years with Gulf Island, we are proud to celebrate Gordonโ€™s retirement and the lasting impact heโ€™s had across the organization.
Throughout his career, Gordon held a variety of leadership roles spanning drafting, project coordination, materials management, purchasing, and strategic planning.

He was instrumental in guiding teams, improving processes, and supporting projects across multiple divisions.
Most recently, he played a key role in advancing new software for process piping material takeoff and estimating.

Gordonโ€™s knowledge, expertise, leadership, and dedication have made an invaluable difference for decades, and his contributions will continue to be felt for years to come.

With heavy-lift capabilities reaching up to 120 tons, these cranes are designed for precision, power, and efficiency.

That means we can lift, position, and transport large-scale generator enclosures with greater control โ€” from fabrication to final staging across our upgraded facility.

As we continue transforming our operations and expanding into the IES Infrastructure family, these cranes play a key role in how weโ€™re working to deliver faster, smarter, and larger-scale solutions for our data center clients.

Our Supervisor Training focused on learning, open conversations, and preparing our teams with the tools and confidence they need, from refreshed FA/CPR training to strengthened Stop Work Authority. โ€‹
