Brickβs Hardware is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused ADULT team member to assist customers, maintain store appearance, and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn about hardware, lawn and garden, pet supplies, power equipment, and seasonal products.

*Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
*Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
*Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
*Stock shelves, build displays, and maintain product inventory.
*Keep sales floor, aisles, and work areas clean and organized.
*Load merchandise for customers when needed.
*Receive, unpack, and price incoming merchandise.
*Assist with seasonal setups and promotional displays.
*Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
*Help maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
*Perform other duties as assigned by management.

*Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Good communication and problem-solving skills.
*Basic computer and cash register skills preferred.
*Hardware, lawn & garden, farm, pet, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
*Willingness to learn about products and store operations.

*Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
*Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
