LAWN CARE FOREMAN (3+ Years Experience):
Lawn Ketchers is seeking a reliable, hard-working, experienced lawn care foreman. This is a full-time position that is responsible for leading a 2-5 person crew to maintain general grounds appearance at commercial properties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Efficiently manage and lead a 2-5 person crew, job site, daily tasks and projects from start to finish including: mowing, trimming, blowing, tree and shrub pruning as well as seasonal clean-ups
QUALIFICATIONS
· Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
· Must have previous experience operating commercial grade mowing equipment (zero turns, walk behinds, etc.)
· Must be comfortable with technologies as we use specific apps to clock into job sites and track materials
· Must be able to handle physical outdoor labor
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Be quality and customer driven
· Possess a positive attitude

Primary walks and driveways were opened up this afternoon. We will be starting up again around 7-8pm tonight to fully clear all properties.

It is that time of year again, yup snow is about to fly. Lawn Ketchers is hiring temp work for snow shoveling, skidsteer operators and snow plow truck drivers.
Per 1" snowfall an employee can expect 6-8 hours of work.
We are offering starting pay at $22 per hour for shovelers. Better shovelers can make up to $30/hr
We are offering starting pay at $30 per hour for plow drivers and skidsteer operators. Expierenced drivers/operators can make up to $40/hr.

Final week of mowing! Teams will be wrapping up the regular mowing routes this week and we will be in fall cleanup mode starting October 18th. We will be tending to properties that have already had a substantial leaf drop to stay ahead of the cleanups and will no longer be at our residential properties on their designated mowing day. Stay tuned!

Cleared all of our clients today. The wet heavy March storms aren't much fun. We had our teams use caution on properties and they may not have done a grass line to grass line clearing this storm to prevent sod damage. Warmer temps ahead should melt this off quickly! If the temps are good and we get a dry stretch, we plan on starting our spring clean ups the week of April 5th.

With the snow slowly falling late in the day, we plan on doing one full clearing for all of our clients when it winds down in the middle of the night. Looking forward to moving the light fluffy stuff this time around!

About 1/2" of snow down today. We will be only clearing our Zero Tolerance clients today.

Heading out at 1am to do an initial clearing on all properties and will be back out Friday for full/final clearings once the storm has wrapped up.

Great work last night team! The regular squad is dialing in their routes and we had some old vets come out of retirement to help get through another event. We are powering down for a couple of hours and will be gearing up mid-day for touchups and city plow ridge clearing. Let us know if you're in need of us swinging by to knock down those ridges. We are looking forward to some down time before the next snow event!
