The N.I.C.E. Company is looking for a Class A Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Shop Supervisor. Please, we need help! We need someone capable of working on all the machines, along with help to keep the shop in order. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with industry experience, that is tired of working under corporate supervision. We are an independent earth moving heavy equipment dealer/rental house. We have an endless amount of work. We have 8,000 lb. excavators up to 115,000 lb. machines. D3's to D8's. All sorts of miscellaneous earth moving machines. We are willing to pay top dollar to the right candidate, along with offering a signing bonus of up to $10,000!! We want someone to become part of the team, and to be significant to our company, not just another wrench. Thank you!

- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Ability to diagnose and repair.
- Ability to work in the field occasionally with limited supervision
- Must have own tools sufficient to perform above work
- Welding skills a plus
