We obviously don't know all the details of this particular project, but $27MM for a 250,000 gallon per day package wastewater plant is almost $110/gallon. Let that sink in for a minute......

Santa Rosa County staff will likely be asked to negotiate a lower price for a package plant inside the Milton Interchange Park.
