Customer Service-
• Greeting visitors and customers. Direct visitors to the appropriate department/ employee.
• Assist will call customers with receiving their order
• Troubleshoot order issues.
• Assist with customer warranties, returns, and exchanges.
• Effectively communicate and work with other departments to assist on customers issues.
•Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
Cashiering-
• Accurately handle cash transactions.
• Charge credit cards for will call invoices and COD delivered invoices.
• Posting COD transactions onto the POS system that have been received.
