We are deeply saddened by the loss of Andrew Loveday, a valued member of the Kemper team, following an incident that occurred on Monday, December 22nd, 2025, while working at a customer site.

Kemper is working closely with MSHA and local authorities on a full investigation of the cause.

Our deepest condolences and sympathies go out to Andrew’s family, friends, and loved ones. As we mourn the loss of a Kemper family member, we are focused on supporting those affected and honoring Andrew's memory during this difficult time.
