K&H Precision Products is an open minded, innovative company specializing in prototype to low volume production of cast aluminum parts and secondary machining located in the heart of Honeoye Falls. We have an immediate opening for a full time Maintenance Mechanic. Our workplace has a strong focus on quality, teamwork, on-time delivery and creating value to increase customer satisfaction. Operating with 17 HAAS machininng centers, we also have a 10,000 sq. ft. foundry complete with convection ovens, melters, and a semi automated sand line which all require attention.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who has experience working on HAAS machining centers, and can quickly understand mechanical needs. The candidate needs to be willing to work overtime as needed and work well in a team environment.

Compensation will be based on current experience level.
Excellent benefits package including employer contribution to health care insurance, 401(k) with employer match, enhanced disability insurance, and vacation allowance.

CNC Maintenance experience is required

We got a new machine! A big thank you to both the team at Boulter Industrial Contractors, Inc. for their always incredible installation services, and NYMAT Machine Tool Corp. for your expertise in these incredible machines.

Next week, we will begin machining with our newest piece of equipment; HAAS EC-400PP. This machine is ideal for us here at K&H Precision Products. Allowing high-mix/low-volume or low-mix/high-volume machining, we will be able to fixture this machine up to run multiple parts with an integrated program and/or a higher volume production of one part. This machine allows you to schedule pallets individually according to priority and keeps your spindle moving while you load and unload parts (nearly no down time!). Complete with a 100 (+1) side-mount tool changer, this thing is ready to rock-and-roll!
