So what does this mean?

Broc will now be operating under Van Zee Heating and Air. Together they will be working to serve both Phillips and Sedgwick County.

Tim Van Zee has been in business for 20 years, proudly offering Carrier equipment. Carrier is a trusted company since 1915.

This unification will streamline heating and cooling services for you. Van Zee has units in stock locally, so less time is spent waiting for an ordered unit
