Wow, did you know that toyhauler doors are basically just foam. This toyhauler door was rotted on the bottom. The only good part of the door is the aluminum frame, hinges, and rubber mat.

We rebuilt one because no one could look at it for repair or to even order a door until October. Estimates came in at between $2k-$6k for the same POS foam door.

We came in with parts and labor under $6k for a door that can be a ramp or porch and will out live the camper. It's better balanced and just a tad heavier, maybe 50lbs.
