Q&A:

What brought you to medical design?
B: Medical device design allows us to engrave a footnote in history. We help create the tools to save millions of lives, but you won't find us on Oprah or the cover of Rolling Stone. In addition, working with such talented and creative people is pure inspiration, and the ever changing projects and teams keep it spicy.

Advice for anyone entering product development?
B: Learn from failures and take them to heart. No one has a silver bullet for every challenge; ask for help and gain experience from all aspects of life.

What inspires you?
B: 1950's-60's Ferrari's. Their simple but elegant beauty, purposeful sound, and authentic feel evoke emotion missing from today’s appliances. While we currently live in a techno marvel, the most simple/robust answer to a challenge is often the best.
