Mid-Cape Restoration is looking to hire some part time employees. We are a small metal plating and finishing company located in Hollis Center, ME. No experience is required, any experience is welcome. We offer on the job training for this position. Salary market is competitive and experience will be taken into consideration.
Metal Plater Position
Looking for first shift positions, part time with flexibility in hours
REQUIREMENTS

General knowledge of standard measuring instruments
Ability to do basic math
DAILY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate plating/coating tanks
Inspect coated/plated areas for defects
Maintain production records
Follow hazardous waste requirements
Part- Time Driving Position
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting parts to their designated locations. This position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Duties:
- Safely operate transit vans
- Load and unload goods and materials from the vehicle, NO heavy lifting
- Plan and follow designated routes to ensure timely delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Communicate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers as needed
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
