Putting the 5th axis to work💪
Interesting repair job for our friends over at BPW. They brought us a gear that had most of the splines sheared off. We reversed engineered it, and made a prototype out of plastic. Once we verified the fit, we started machining the gear. Lights on machining on this job! We let this cut overnight and came back to a finished part in the morning!
