This month’s Employee Spotlight is Randy Folkert! Randy works at our Holland Ag location as a road service technician going from farm to farm repairing equipment and keeping our customers and their machines running.

Randy has been with GreenMark for 40 years and joined the team because he always wanted to be in the agricultural business and thought, "What better way than to help farmers with their equipment repairs!" His favorite part of the job is getting to know the customer and even working with the 3rd generation at some farms. He also enjoys the satisfaction that comes with figuring out a problem and fixing it to get our customers working again.

When he’s not on the road, Randy enjoys spending time with his family and working in his yard. Thank you for your dedication and hard work - we’re lucky to have you on the team!

Our team strives to provide customers with the best possible service and knowledge of John Deere equipment! Recently, employees from our service and sales departments were involved in trainings with the opportunity for hands-on experience to refine their skills in the setup, operation, and adjustment of planters.

This included optimal performance pairings, display setup and calibrations, optimization in the field, and more. We are appreciative of everyone who was involved from the presenters who traveled to be here to those in the class. Great work, everyone!

Today we are celebrating our next GreenMark Employee Spotlight - Hastings Parts Manager, Jared Tolliver! "If I have a question, whether it's about a process, a system, a workflow, or something happening on the floor, Jared either has the answer ready, or he'll dig in and figure it out quickly."

Jared has been with GreenMark for 5 years and is also the Retail Experience Manager for Hastings. The pride he takes in his work is clear to all and is especially reflected in his commitment to an engaging customer experience from store entry to exit!

Jared always wanted to work with John Deere and had been around green equipment since he was young, so GreenMark was a great fit. His favorite part of the job is working alongside co-workers and customers to think outside of the box and come up with solutions to new challenges.

Outside of work, Jared likes woodworking, house projects, and spending time with his wife and son. Thanks for all you do, Jared!
